I don't mean to be rude, but the answer that most appropriately
describes my thinking on this important matter is: whatever.
Remove the ChangeLog entry if you feel like it. I don't have a particular
attachment to it. I'm still pondering how we'll easily integrate patches
that people make against build environment files from a "distribution tree"
back into the "development tree".
