Recently I only heard progresses on this from TOM <ptittom@free.fr>.
I don't know how advanced the code is, but if a CVS base is needed I
would like to see it installed on cvs.gnome.org (assuming people agree
on an LGPL licence).
I think that XPath libxml implementation is now mature enough (modulo
a couple of things) that starting working on XSLT can result in something
really useful.
