[xml] "make install" problem in test-2.2.5

The variable "xmlincdir" in the Makefile changed from being a destination
dir to being a source dir, so this broke all the "make install" rules that
installed the include files. The following patch fixes this, but you may
want to consider reverting the meaning of xmlincdir and creating a new
variable to hold the $(srcdir)/include/libxml value.
