[xml] xmlHasProp case sensitive ?

Hi there,
        one of my co-worker uses the HTMLParser from libxml in his work and
found out that 'xmlHasProp' is case sensitive.

        Which means that is someone writes: <A Href="http://www.xml.org">,
and we look for href, we will not find it.

        Is this the intended behavior ?
