  Yep, lacks of proper I18N support is what's refrain me from
doing more publicity about libxml and one of the few remaining
milestones for reaching 2.0.
  Unfortunately it had been that way for quite a long time :-(
I really have a hard time to force me to work on this I don't
know the issue well, so it's hard for me to really give a schedule

  Very good point, libxml code always check for out of mem
errors, which is where a very few exit() were still left, I
changed them appropriately to return errors values, I will commit this
tonight (in W3C's base).
