[xml] libxml-1.7.2 is out

  this is a bug fix release:

adds xmlSAXUserParseFile() and xmlSAXUserParseMemory() better SAX interfaces.
protects all references to snprintf with HAVE_SNPRINTF
update of the documentation

 available as usual at ftp://rpmfind.net/pub/veillard and
on the Gnome FTP site.
