[xml] libxml-1.7.1 is out

  basically only bug fixes for 1.7.0
    - renamed CHAR to xmlChar (I still provide CHAR as a typedef on
      non WIN32 systems)
    - renamed the errno structure field to something else (clashes
      on system where this is a macro)
    - fixed the spec file for alpha RPM

it's available from ftp://rpmfind.net/pub/veillard/
