Is it enough? You're the GNU tool fanatic, you tell me.

not enough. I would have guessed it should have been deleted as part of
make clean.
The reason I noticed it, btw, is because when I develop and screw up things
in kaffeh, kaffeh will leave an incomplete java_lang_Cloneable.h file. When
I then type "make clean all install", java_lang_Cloneable.h is not deleted
and hence the following build will fail again until I explicitly delete it.
