header files

I'd like to take all the header files that are generated from kaffeh
out of the source tree, and have them generated automatically during
the build (as some are now).

One way to do this is to have them all go into include/ -- and this
seems relatively straightforward, as long as we "make" in include
after building kaffeh and before building any of the other stuff.

This would involve changing include/Makefile.am, updating all
the files in libraries/clib/* and removeing all the generated
headers from libraries/clib/*.

One problem in the future would be if we went to JNI based
libraries, then during the transition (if there was one)
some header files would have to be kaffe style while others
would have to be JNI style..

Does this sound like a right approach?

I don't want to do this if it's going to take a lot of time.
It seems pretty mechanical.

Thanks,
-Archie
