It means that libtool wasn't tested with languages other than C, and
you may find trouble. Some of the know issues have to do with C++ and
the problems people have found with objects that need dynamic
initialization, particularly in dlopened modules. These can hardly be
made to work without support from the OS, but libltdl may help here.
The message is there to document that we're aware of the problems and
issues involved and intend to work on them.
