AWT List and Menu

Hi Peter,

Could you do the following Visual Test ?

run TextEdit.sh (in test/awt/TextEdit)
In the menu-bar, click on Tab, it shows a new menu-panel with
choises 4, 8, and other.

Without click on that new panel:
1. move the TextEdit Window.
  The menu panel is not moved :(
2. iconize the TextEdit Window.
  The menu panel is Visible :(

run WidgetsDemo (in test/awt/WidgetsDemo)
In the choise list category, click on the expand arraw. It's show the list.
Now, as before, move or iconize the WidgetsDemo window.
The list is alone :(
