HTML Transition is correct enough for gtkhtml2.
But the only way of turning the htmlCheckParagraph() function off is to call
htmlHandleOmittedElem(0). But this also disables the addition of omitted
elements, and I don't want this. If the bug can't be fixed can there atleast
be another htmlHandleOmittedPargraph([1]/[0]) function added so you can
toggle this "feature" on/off separately?
