[xml] xmlParseChunk: encoder error

Hi list,

I must be missing something here, the SAX memory parser gives me an:
xmlParseChunk: encoder error
even when I use the push method example from the documentation.
The encoding of my XML data is UTF8 and my library version is 2.2.8.

Hints were to look are appreciated.
