A few notes about the MSDev project file and the configuration headers for
win32 on this new version:
hash.c is missing from the current project file. I've attached a new
project file with hash.c in
The libxml/xmlversion.h header is used as the default configuration on
win32. It has iconv enabled. iconv support should be disabled by default on
win32, so we are sure it compiles out of the box the first time. The user
can get iconv on win32 later if he wishes.
