[xml] libxml-2.2.7 is released

  It includes:
    + the big message redirection patch
    + XPath improvements (thanks TOM !)
    + xmlIOParseDTD() added
    + various small fixes in the HTML, URI, HTTP and XPointer support
    + some cleanup of the Makefile, autoconf and the distribution content

   ftp://xmlsoft.org/ (and Gnome as usual)
 Homepage:
   http://xmlsoft.org/ (not updated yet)
