Looks good! I tried it out with rbmake, and it appears to be working
fine. I did notice that a couple really minor things have not been fixed:

I still see config.h and acconfig.h in the include/libxml dir of the tar
file (I chose to just removed them, but did not check to see if they
caused any problems -- I imagine not with the given -I search order).

The Makefile is still installing xmlversion.h.in. Very minor.

Thanks for the new release. It will come in handy for my next rbmake
revision.
