Cool. Attached is a patch that adds proxy support to xmlNanoHTTPMethod(),
makes xmlNanoHTTPOpen() use xmlNanoHTTPMethod(), simplifies the building
of the HTTP command string, and eliminates the need for the fixed-length
buffer (that limited how much data could be sent, particularly via POST).
