  I started integrating those. I must admit I seriously revamped
hash.[ch] for both interfaces and coding style, but it's there for
real now. The version commited in the CVS bases uses it for XPath
function registrations and entities. Still need to switch the storage
of: element/attributes/notations declarations, XPath variables.
