[xml] LibXML:Porting to OpenVMS

Hi All!
        I have a newbie question:I compiled the LibXML (2.2.2.4) under OpenVMS. Now I think
how to check that compiled library work right ? I find some test stuff like test*.c,
but in the same time I don't know how to use it.

        Some bad thing is discovered in the sources - it's using function names:
xmlBufferWriteCHAR and xmlBufferWriteChar. I think that it's bad programming practic
caused to problem at porting time.

PS:After succesful testig, I'll provide building scripts for Alpha and VAX version, I
think it can be useful VMS peoples.
