The project file for MSDev had to be updated with proper include paths,
attaching the new one.
The README.MSDev I wrote can probably be removed. It only applied to
transforming 2.2.4 into something that builds with MSDev. Now that it's
builtin .. the only relevant information is that the config is in
xmlconfig.h (heh).
One question though: what's the purpose of the Makefile.mygwin? The
configure script works fine with cygwin already?
