[xml] libxml for CE

Just out of curiosity, is there anyone else wanting to use libxml on a CE
platform?

I need to use libxml on a CE platform, but it required some porting power
on my part. Basically because silly CE doesn't support 'getenv', 'open',
'close', 'read', 'write' and such. So I had to change some stuff to
fopen/fread/etc. and closesocket.

If no one else wants CE, then I'm content in porting the distributions
when I download. But if others are in the same boat, then may I suggest
some strategy. I know that Daniel mentioned he didn't want compiler
specific #ifdef's in the distribution (which I think this would require).
Atleast, that's how I did the porting.
