Do you have something specific in mind ?
I don't plan to accept compiler specific #ifdef/#endif for the C code.
I'm okay to have some limited to the include files though.
The rule of the game for the Windows port is to get everything
within the WIN32 sections, and if there is any compiler tweaks
needed to limit them to win32config.h
Considering the Makefiles again if there is one such file which can
content 80% of the Windows users, I will include it in the distribution.
If one need to maintain 3 or 4 I would prefer to keep them as external
contributions to avoid bitrot.
