Daniel, the demand for msdev files will bootstrap itself. They are
in ascii text, and work very well with cvs. In fact, if you just
commit my current dev files, I am very sure that they will be both
used and improved, rapidly.

Tim, I don't have time to deal with the latest libxml due to work
constraints. I also made a commitment to provide msdev files for
glib-1.3, which _will_ be commited to the glib cvs archive. This
takes precedence right now.
