  You know it's listed in the contrib section at the bottom of
    http://xmlsoft.org/

  What do you mean by "MSVC win32 stuff" ??? Gimme a list.
Also how different is it from the "others compilers stuff" available on
windows ... Adding win32config.h in the main release was okay since
it covers all the compilers on Windows. I would feel vary about adding
compiler specific stuff in the distrib... Linking to it as contributed is
no problem. Is everybody using the same compiler on Windows, or can you
guys come up with only a couple more files wich would satify 80% of the
windows users? If yes I would add this, but I simply can't maintain it.

   This README was initally targetted at the Gnome CVs base hackers,
and was probably last changed before this had been on-line. I would feel
Okay to link it from the README instead of just the web page if I had
some assurance that this won't disapear in the next year. If I can get
this then yes, if it's unlikely to stay stable then I would prefer to
just list it in the contrib section.
