Daniel,

Further to our recent discussion, could you go ahead and make xmlNodeDump
public please?

I have got a work-around (you remember I'm trying to avoid
the version info at the start of the dumped xml doc) but it's a bit grim and
involves stripping it out at the point of transmission.
