[xml] libxmls2 2.2.3 bug report

hi,

libxml2-2.2.3
configuring with
$ configure --without-debug
makes xmllint.c unable to compile, because of

#ifdef LIBXML_DEBUG_ENABLED
(...)
static int debugent = 0;
#endif

'debugent' is needed later, but disabling debugging makes it unavailable
and
gcc throw error.
