[xml] Saving 2,35 in catalan and 2.35 in english .

Hello

    My problem with the libXML is that it writes the decimal numbers
separating the decimal part with a comma when my
GNOME desktop is configured in Catalan and it writes dot-separated
numbers when it is not. How can i make it to write always
dot-separated numbers?
