[xml] testHTML.c's SAX output

When I changed the character output in testHTML.c, I accidentally capped
the length that the --sax test would report at 30 (in addition to the
desired capping of the string). The attached patch restores the reporting
of old length values, and changes all the *.sax files to agree with these
values.
