I don't know if this is what your looking for, but I found it linked
from a google search query:

It appears to have been up since Feb.

There are no technical difficulties to any of the suggestions you have
made. The only difficulty is committing your own time to getting the
appropriate mods into the cvs code base. All of these problems in the
win32 compile have been noted since at Feb., but it is much easier for
me to just fix them when Daniel makes new releases.
