I will get this in win32 form in a week or two. I probably won't update
my code to libxml2 until dissertation is signed... but,

The devstudio port of 2.1 is in progress right now. There are the usual
comparison errors, divide by warnings, and a new one, something about
evaluating a function missing arguments. 76 warnings in all. (Its
notable that msc and gcc find different things to warn about.)

This will all be up in .tar.gz (winzip handles extraction) at
http://www.ce.berkeley.edu/~doolin/code/libxmlwin32/
by 9am US Pacific time.
