Yes, that's rigth, it's my fault :)))

I use libxml a my work and i absolutly need xmlParseMemory() with utf-16
document, so i try to find and apply a quick (and dirty) path. It work now for
me.

I don't try to be consistent with the coding style, i have no time for this,
i posted this path only for show the bug and a (dirty but quick) way to
correct :)
