  Well the http client side is completely minimalist, and somewhat
should remain so since growing it would impact all the libxml client
size. On the other hand I started libxml to try to add WebDav to apache
a long time ago. Designing an extra layer providing decent HTTP/1.1
and WebDAV would be kind of neat, even if it's not directly in scope
of libxml.
