Ignore my previous email. mh got away from me there :>

I am adding a win32 directory to libxml sources for
my own personal use. This will have project and
workspace files for the library and test cases.

There are some slight problems with this, mostly associated
with handling paths for header files.

So far, I have v1.8.2 and 1.8.5 compiling and linking.
1.8.6 is throwing up on nanoftp. More later on this...
I will post fixes for warning as I get to them.
