[xml] Just comments about documentation :-)

I have an old version of libxml's html documentation, so maybe my comments are out-to-date:

I noticed that the documentation of "getNodeContent" warn about the caller has to free memory, and in xmlGetProp it's said nothing about, bringing to believe it's not needed to free the memory.
