Hi,

Here are some more autoclose fixes: <dd> closes <dt> and vice versa,
and for robustness they should probably close themselves as well.

Also, I think you forget to initialise ctxt->validate to 0 in
htmlInitParserContext and inputStream->directory to NULL in
htmlCreateFileParserCtxt.
