There is no reason it should not work under NT ...
I got a couple of patches some time ago and integrated them,
basically file I/O specific changes, otherwise the code should
be fairly OS independant (except maybe the xpath implementation
support of Infinite and Nan float support).
Basically it should work, and patches are welcome anyway.
