hi,
i have hacked the 1.2.0 code a bit to create a win32 dll version of the
library (only tested under borland c++ 5.01).

the modified source is available at
http://www.ecs.soton.ac.uk/~oc197/libxml-1_2_0_dll.zip

the project stuff is in the libxmldll dir.

it is a bit rough so....

i wasn't sure if you can get cygwin gcc to make dlls if anybody knows if
its possibly maybe thay could clean it up.
