  Ok, ok, ok ...

just commited 1.3.0 with:
const CHAR *xmlEncodeEntities(xmlDocPtr doc, const CHAR *input);
and
CHAR *xmlEncodeEntitiesReentrant(xmlDocPtr doc, const CHAR *input);

 and the Reentrant one is really reentrant, the result will have to
be freed.
