Unzip the archive to your local disk in C:\ for example
C:\Talks\Tools contains the script and the CSS files
C:\Talks\Icons contains the navigation buttons
C:\Talks\YYMMsub contains a presentation example
Note: if you are working online in
/afs/w3.org/pub/WWW/Talks you
don't need to install the tool
